Dr. Janice Crenshaw

Dr. Janice Crenshaw is a passionate innovative organizational leader and Minister of the Gospel with decades of experience in healthcare and ministry. She has traveled across the United States, London, West Africa, South Africa, and Germany, spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ, as a conference speaker and gospel singer.

She is the President of Excel Community Development Corp., a 501(c)(3) organization that has the mission of equipping individuals with the biblically based tools to change their own world. The lives of hundreds of women, including those who were previously incarcerated, have been transformed through the Excel empowerment curriculum and are now living productive, successful lives after their release.

Dr. Janice Crenshaw is passionate about giving back to the community to inspire change and growth in every aspect of one's life, to include a global mission that partners with other non-profit organizations and businesses, locally and abroad in support of food relief, empowerment programs for families, and resourcing materials and empowerment tools to Africa to help change the trajectory of individuals' lives.

She blends her expertise in healthcare, leadership, and ministry to deliver compelling, life-changing messages. Her God-given wisdom and knowledge, combined with her dynamic and relatable speaking style, empowers individuals, organizations, and congregations to rise to their fullest potential. She is the author of seven books and three gospel recording CDs.
